Services (Consulting, Advisory & Project Engagements)
Due to the customized and strategic nature of our services:

All consulting retainers, advisory services, and project-based fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

If a client cancels before work begins, a refund may be issued less any administrative or preparation costs incurred.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a project is terminated early:

Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

Any unused prepaid amount may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Digital Products (Templates, Frameworks, Guides)
All digital products are final sale.
Due to the nature of downloadable materials, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will ensure proper delivery.
Workshops & Speaking Engagements
For paid workshops or speaking events:

Cancellations more than 7 days before the event may qualify for a partial refund.

Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

If Visera Strategies Inc. cancels an event, a full refund will be provided.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests based on extenuating circumstances may be reviewed at our discretion.
